The deer in Mrigasthali could not enjoy the nature despite of being in open area. The declining situation of the area and reckless system have reached to this state. Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) had even decided to promote the area but it is limited to only words. The deer of Mrigasthali at Pashupati area has hit adversely due to the scarcity of green leaves and grasses. So far the Trust is managing to provide them grains but the grains are also consumed by the encroaching monkeys. The Trust authorities have decided to transfer the deer to the safer area and for that they informed that they are on the phase. However, the area is in the risk of soil erosion, deforestation hit the existence of deer in Mrigasthali. Around 85 deer are sheltering in Mrigasthali but they could not enjoy the nature. Despite 90 ropani of land was allocated for the deer Park in Pashupati Area Development Fund, the adult deers are compelled live in 15 ropani. The Pashupati Area Development Fund provided small area of land for the deer. With the fear of soil erosion, the small portion of land was given. So far the deer which have to graze on the pastureland, they are obliged to eat the foods provided
