Inhuman Behavior Of Nurses To The Disabled Old Patient

Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimized health and quality of life. Nurses develop a plan of care, working together with physicians, therapists, the patient, the patient’s family and other team members, that focuses on treating illness to improve quality of life. Advanced practice nurses, such as clinical nurse specialists and nurse practitioners, diagnose health problems and prescribe medications and other therapies, depending on individual state regulations. Nurses may help coordinate the patient care performed by other members of an interdisciplinary health care team such as therapists, medical practitioners and dietitians. Nurses provide care both interdependently. They even dedicated their full efort in oredr to make people health.

"Florence Nightingale", was a great human ever appeared on the Earth. She is also the founder of modern nursing. She came to prominence while serving as a nurse during the Crimean War, where she tended to wounded soldiers. She was known as "The Lady with the Lamp" after her habit of making rounds at night. She changed the concept of nursing and established nursing as a respected job. they spent their whole life to set an example and provide nursing a good look but in this clip we will be shocked. One will definately ask are they human, are they a real nurse? Nurses were the people who used to be very kind and help to reducce other’s pain. man rather. In this clip the nurses are captured treating their disabled old patient like an animal. They might have forgotten their responsibity and dedcation towards their profession. If, nurses are like this then definately nobody will ever go to visit them to decrease their pain because the nurses of this video rather increases the pain of the patience instead of decreasng. The way they treat this elderly patints who are disable also. This act of these nurses are very inhuamn and cruel. They trat ther patinet as an animal. It seems like they are going to set another example ans elliminate the name and reputation of nursing which was established by Florence Nightingale with her eternal service.
