Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N) has picketed the Constituent Assembly building in New Baneshwor as a part of the partys protest. The rally which was convened from Dashrath Stadium in Tripureshwor was changed into a meet in front of Constituent Assembly building '

Addressing the mass meet, the chairman of the party Kamal Thapa has asked all the cadres and patriot Nepali people to gather in the capital in 20th of Bhadra and  exert pressure for Nepal to be declared as a Sanatan Hindu nation in the new constitution. Saying that his party has maintained calm as the new constitution is under the process of discussion, chairman Thapa stated that their next protest program would capture the Constituent Assembly by braking the curfew, prohibited zones and other restriction for the cause of Sanatan Hindu nation if their demand is not met.

Criticizing over the deployment of military in the Madhesh and Terai districts, Thapa has warned not to dare to promulgate constitution under the power of guns. In a different note, Thapa has heavily criticized over the muteness of Nepali political leaders at a time when Indian Home Minister has publicly announced that India could take any sort of action on behalf of their ten million nationals who are residing in Nepal.
