A YOUNG boy has been taken to hospital after his bicycle and a car collided at Mountain Creek.
Emergency services were called to Karawatha Dr shortly after 3pm today.
A witness said the boy rode in front a car, resulting in his pushbike going under the front of the vehicle.
She described it as a freak accident.
"I come out here quite often and the tree is in the way and that sort of thing and it is not very good visibility," the woman said.
The boy was taken to Nambour General Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
