Literary Cultural Program is arranged in Panchthar prison to mark the Rakshya Bandhan. The program is successfully arranged with the support Naulo Literary Library. Jung Bahadur Bardewa, Dhan Kumar Bhandari, Manish Hallok and Chandra Gadaal are the recipient of the first, second, third and consolation prizes in the poem competition.

Chief District Officer Purusottam Ghimire, DSP Krishna Prasad Koirala and Chief of Prison Srijana Luitel distributed the prizes to the winners of poem competition. Dances as and songs are presented in the program to entertain the attendees.
