Various organizations have declared the strike to drag the attention of the government, demanding various issues to be addressed in the constitution. Strikes have been an apt method for the strike enforcers. The strikes are also benefitting those street vendors. But the video presents the bizarre view where the ambulances of several hospitals are in use but they are not carrying any patients rarther they are carrying the staffs. A resident of Bhaktapur searched for the ambulance but he could not get any. In that state, he finally got an ambulance and even paid the fares.

. Despites the ambulances are said to be for the services of the patients, the man had spent an amount of Rs. 1250. Few buses, micros and tempo are running, defying the strike on the first day of two days general strike. The security personnel are deployed in the main junctions to prevent the unpleasant incidents. The public vehicles started to be run today early morning due to absence of less protesters and cadres in the streets in Capital. But the locals are still suffered to reach to their destinations
