Tharu Kalyankari Sabha clash at Chitwan

Aug 30, 2015- Nine persons including a police person were injured in a clash that took place at Narayangadh during the first day of banda (shutdown) called by the Tharu Kalyankari Sabha, Chitwan on Sunday.

TIKAPUR, Kailali: At least 17 security personnel including a Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) and three protesters have been killed in a violent clash between Tharuhat activists and police at Tikapur in Kailali district on Monday.
Minister for Home Affairs Bamdev Gautam informed the parliament that the meeting of security council decided to mobilize NA in Tikapur of Kailali, Malangawa of Sarlahi and Gaur of Rautahat.
