The 37 year-old Manoj Shahi Monika of Kailali from the different category taking of the passport became the first one of Nepal. Today the Passport Division to Monika provided the passport. For the Monika this Monday became historical. Before 2 months, after she gave the application for the passport of other level in her the huge hope aroused and on Monday she was handed with the passport. Then after, Monika became emotional. Under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the Passport Division’s Director Rewati Raman Paudel to Monika the other class of this passport on Monday handed that passport. The government up to now had been providing only to the two division of the male and female. And now the other category of the passport is facilitated by the government onward as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the Passport Division informed.
